We reserve the right to correct errors and update product information at any time without notice.
4. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, fraudulent activity is suspected, or for other legitimate business reasons permitted by law.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We offer both domestic and international shipping. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary. SAINT SOLIS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in your country.

Change of Mind Returns Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery provided that:
-
The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed;
-
The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached;
-
The item is free from dirt, hair, odours, or other signs of use; and
-
Proof of purchase is provided.
Change-of-mind returns are not available for:
-
Clearance or final sale items;
-
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery;

For approved change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs. For size exchanges, customers are also responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement item.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged during shipping, an incorrect item is supplied, or your product is faulty, does not match its description, or otherwise fails to meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), please contact us as soon as possible at contact@saintsolis.com.au.
Where required under the ACL, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, refund, or exchange. SAINT SOLIS will cover reasonable return postage costs for faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or ACL-related returns. If an incorrect item has been supplied, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and send the correct item at no additional cost.
Refunds and Store Credit Refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible. For security reasons, refunds cannot be made to a different card or account.
Purchases made using gift cards, vouchers, or store credit will generally be refunded as store credit. However, where you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL, including for faulty or damaged goods, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy as required by law.
Store credit will be issued within 2 business days of the returned item being received and approved, and is valid for 180 days from the date of issue. Refunds to card, PayPal, or bank accounts may take up to 5 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Nothing in this Returns and Exchanges Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
